Our skilled team charges $220 per man for the first hour and $105 for each additional hour, with no dispatch fee. We’re upfront about two possible extra charges—van stock and debris removal—which are always discussed in advance, so there are no surprises. Because we work by the hour, we review the estimated time to complete your project beforehand. We never profit on materials, charging only retail prices and providing receipts. As a locally rooted business, we believe in honesty, transparency, and unmatched craftsmanship, making your home improvement projects stress-free and satisfying. Dave and his crew have installed a door and quite a few windows, as well as repairing a wall that had water damage. They always do a great job; in addition they are personable and clean up thoroughly each time. Jodi is very organized with scheduling and billing, and she is very responsive to any questions. I had a front door that was stuck shut. Rather than use a crowbar to get it open (and possibly destroy the door) I called these guys and they responded quickly, figured out the problem, and got it fixed. Since then I have had three additional projects done by them: New bathroom fans, flooring in two areas, and a big window replacement project including outside trim. Great work. Honest and thorough. I highly recommend!
