"This is the best contractor I've ever used! Jodi, the office manager, was very polite and pleasant to talk to, and scheduling was quick and easy. Tom came over a few days later to give me a free estimate, which was later sent by Jodi via email and text. Their estimate was good compared to other contractors, and I never felt rushed or pressured to go with them, which was great! After I agreed to have them do the job, Tom and Stefan arrived a few days later and on time. They asked what I wanted them to do and got right to work. They were respectful and easy to talk to, and they did a great job and cleaned up before they left. Their pricing was fair, their staff friendly, and their work was excellent! "I had a pocket door fall completely off the track, and multiple highly rated handyman companies told me the job was essentially not worth their effort or would definitely require opening the wall. Homewright Handyman was the first company willing to actually assess the situation and give me a reasonable estimate. They explained that opening the wall might be necessary, but they would try to avoid it if possible. The owner originally quoted me for two hours of work, but the repair was completed in under an hour and they honestly charged me for only one hour. That level of professionalism and integrity is rare. They carefully removed the door frame trim to create enough access, fixed everything without opening the wall, and left the area spotless afterward. Best of all, the pocket door now slides smoother than any other door in my house, which was built in the 1980s. Very professional, honest, skilled, and fair. I’m extremely happy with the work and will absolutely use them again. Highly recommended!"
